All items shipped within the contiguous United States are shipped UPS. We offer free shipping on orders over $100, and any orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

Orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders) will be shipped Postal Service. The shipping charge is determined by both the shipping location and the weight of the order. Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the order arrival date. We will not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been washed, used, or damaged. If you would like to return or exchange a product please call customer service (1-800-552-2837) to request a Return Authorization number.

  	I bought a linen colored Bates bedspread very similar to the Queen Elizabeth several (around 10) years ago. I still love it! This style of spread is practically non-existent in department stores, etc. I\'ve been asked where I got it. I hope it lasts forever!! I purchased the Abigail Adams bedspread and shams several years ago and i am still in love with it. The people at the Bates Mill were so nice when I ordered it the first time, it came in a blue and an off white color. I had to send it back. I called them and advised them why I had to send it back, that I needed it in white and blue. They said that was not a problem and they would make it for me. I have had many people that have admired my spread and have given the web site to them. I will buy more items from them, as I need them. Great job and thank you. We couldn\'t be more pleased with our custom order for a Heritage bedspread in Sage Green. The dimensions are perfect, and the quality is superb, as was customer service. I purchased a beautiful Queen Elizabeth Bedspread in King size and it is beautiful. It looks wonderful in our bedroom. I would highly recommend this spread. You will love it. I called customer service to inquire about a custom bedspread as I will be using a down comforter underneath and was worried about the spread not reaching the floor. First and foremost, I would like to say I have never had the pleasure of speaking with such a friendly and helpful representative. He gave me the information I needed and I called back to order samples. They came in 2 days! I can\'t wait to order the spread. From the samples, it looks like the quality is very good. I thought I would be getting the Heritage, but now that I see the Martha Washington, I think that\'s the one for me. It so nice knowing there are companies out there such as the Bates Mill Store. Good old fashioned quality and customer service. I received a Martha Washington bedspread as the \"hostess gift\" at my wedding shower 48 years ago. That was the standard hostess gift at that time. I loved mine..but through the years I misplaced it. Last year I remodeled my guest bedroom and that bedspread came to mind. I was on a quest..and I ordered the Martha\'s Choice spread and shams from Bates Mill. I love it. It is the same spread! The memories it brings back are wonderful. Every time I go into the guest room I take a short walk down memory lane. Thanks for the trip Bates Mill. I have and still use a \"George Washington\'s Choice\" that was a gift to my parents in 1958, after our home burned. It\'s still in wonderful condition, even though its been used and washed countless times. It\'s a full size, but makes a wonderful coverlet on my queen size \"rice bed\" and just looks perfect. People often comment how \"beautiful it is, just perfect for that bed\". When I tell them it\'s over 50 years old, they just stare in disbelief. These are WONDERFUL bedspreads. The Heritage is an excellent quality bedspread. Beautiful design. Customer service was very helpful in answering my questions and sending sample fabrics. I recently ordered the new Colonial Rose bedspread ... when it arrived I was thrilled! Not only is it well made, but it\'s also absolutely beautiful ... and lightweight enough for summer use here in Charleston. I couldn\'t be happier with it. Many thanks... I received a Queen Elizabeth Bedspread as a wedding gift in 1953...that\'s 57 years ago, when it was first produced. It has been used for a majority of those years and is still in GREAT condition... I plan on \'gifting\' it to my favorite granddaughter at her wedding!
